1 c uncooked quinoa (put in a bowl first and rinse/drain very well)
1/2 whole flaxseed
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
- Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together all the ingredients above.
- Spread mixture onto the parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 mins or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely and crumble onto Greek Yogurt.
